How do we book?
In the first instance fill in the contact form and let us know the date of your big day and an indication of the services you are looking for. I will respond to youwith my availability within 24 hours but usually within the hour.
Do you meet us before the day?
Of course, many couples are happy to book after just talking on the phone and corresponding via email, some due to their busy schedules prer to have a chat via zoom. Others would like to meet in person which I am more than happy to do at your convinience.
Do you have clear terms and conditions?
I do indeed, i supply you with a contract that clearly states all the services I will be providing to you on the day along with an accurate cost breakdown, and detailed terms and conditions. This ensures there are no additional financial suprises and you have a clear delivery timeline of your photographic memories.
Are you insured?
Yes I have full public liability insurance which I would be more than happy to supply copies to your venue and yourself on request.
How much deposit to secure the day?
I charge £150 deposit which on receipt of payment confirms the date. I will also confirm to you via email.
When is the final balance due?
The final balance for my services will be invoiced 4 weeks before the wedding.
How quickly will we get our pictures?
I pride myself in being different so upload a few images of the day through my Facebook and Instagram page within a couple of days. The remaining and full collection of fully edited images will be uploaded to a password protected online gallery, which you and your guests can access through my client area on my website. This will be within 2 weeks of the wedding. If you select additionally a USB card with all the hi-res imagesw on, will be be posted to your home address.
What happens if you fall ill?
One of the major advantages of choosing an experienced photographer is that I have covered hundreds of weddings over the years. As a result I have built up a network of like minded photographers. So in the unlikely event of illness I have the resources to find a replacement. Giving you the peace of mind in the unlikely event that this happens.
